When you submit the consultation form on our website, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), industry, budget range, and the message you write. This data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: respond to your consultation request, manage our client relationship in our internal CRM (ProspectOS), and send you a confirmation email. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS in the EU). Email notifications are sent via Resend. Analytics data is collected anonymously via Vercel Analytics — no cookies are used and no personal data is tracked.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@han-consulting.com.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@han-consulting.com.
